Spring at FFC was a beautiful season as we celebrated a baptism and welcomed back our spring/summer family members. . Summer is well on its way and I'm already playing catch up.

This season has been particularly rewarding to me personally as I graduated from Northern Seminary in June with an MA in New Testament Studies. Rob and I celebrated first in Chicago with my school mates and then in New Orleans. 

The Church already has one hike (at Whatcom Falls) and one BBQ (at Lake Padden) under its belt and more to come. Click the events tab and check out the calendar for more details.

We have our annual “Summer Vacation” coming up the end of July when the church will be closed. I pray rest and peace for you all as you enjoy a short break from the weekly gathering.

We continue our first Thursday of the month FFCPrays throughout the summer season so be sure to mark your calendars.

I hope you all take time this summer to enjoy the the presence of God’s Spirit in the outdoors. Get some rest as you are able. Spend time with loved ones. Share the good news about Jesus with others. And cultivate joy!
