Spring is in the air and things are happening at FFC! Here's what's on the horizon:
Tomorrow, Sunday, February 11th, we will meet at noon in place of our regular services. During this time we'll hit the streets of Fairhaven with roses and chocolates as part of our "Love Thy Neighbor" event. This is always a huge hit with the small business employees and a lot of fun for us. Afterwards, we will walk over to the Andrews' home for pizza.
February 14th is not only Valentine's Day, but also Ash Wednesday. FFC is not officially involved in any services this year, but I'd encourage you to go to either First Baptist & Reconcilliation Anglican Church's service at 5:30 P.M. (followed by soup and bread) or the Hillcrest service at 7 P.M.
Our Winter Bible Study on desert times has come to a close. We'll take a couple weeks off and start something fresh for our daytime group in March. We are also starting an evening Bible study Friday, March 1st. This will be held every other Friday. Topics haven't been chosen for either so if you have something you're wanting to study, text or email Pastor Tami.
March 10th is Daylight Savings so remember to "Spring Ahead" one hour.
Easter is March 31st. The current plan is to switch to a morning service for that one day. Breakfast at 10:30 A.M. Service at 11:00.
